Live Help Hours Update: Fall 2024

A new school year has begun, which means it’s time for us to update our Live Help Hours. These sessions are opportunities for kids to ask for help with a writing or SeeSaw question; parents with questions are welcome, too. Please keep in mind that sessions are first-come, first-serve, and are great ways for kids to get the help they need to complete a practice or understand a concept. We love working with the kids who drop into Live Help Hours.

Beginning the week of September 2, 2024, Live Help Hours will be:

• Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. EST/6-7 p.m. CST/5-6 p.m. MST/4-5 p.m. PST

• Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m. EST/6-7 p.m. CST/5-6 p.m. MST/4-5 p.m. PST

• Thursdays from 1-2 p.m. EST/noon-1 p.m. CST/11 a.m.-noon. MST/10-11 a.m. PST.

Yes, we are adding a session to accommodate the growing demand. Please note that June Writers will be closed on all federal holidays, so there will be no Live Help Hours or feedback on the following days:

• Monday, September 2, 2024 (Labor Day)

• Monday, October 14, 2024 (Columbus Day)

• Monday, November 11, 2024 (Veterans Day)

• Thursday, November 28, 2024 (Thanksgiving Day)

• Wednesday, December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day)
